If you want to be an Affiliate you must meet these requirements:
1. The site needs to be about Pokemon.
2. Put the link on all of your website's pages.
3. Must have a 88x31 button.
4. Needs to have at least 15 pages.
5. 15+ hits a day.
6. Have a nice layout.

To be a Partner you have to:
1. I should probably know you or your site.
2. Needs to have about 30 pages and 25 hits a day.
3. Must have a 50x50 button.
